Import policy affecting an Adj-RIB-In has been changed while the "soft reset with stored routing information" behavior is enabled. The routes in the given Adj-RIB-In are recalculated from a list of all the candidate routes that have been received from the associated peer. Import policy is re-applied to these candidates, and the Adj-RIB-In is adjusted accordingly.
